Colorado White Chili
1 medium onion- chopped
4 cloves garlic- minced
1- 4.5 oz diced green chiles
1 T. cumin
2 t. Oregano
1/2 t. Crushed red pepper
2- 15.5 oz great northern beans (do not drain)
1- 15.5 oz can sweet corn
2 cups of chicken- cubed
5 cups chicken broth
combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. place individual servings in Zip Lock bags and freeze.
To Serve: place in crock pot on low for 6-8 hours.
