Crockpot Chicken and stuffing



this goes on my list of "you have got to be kidding this is so fucking good i might die!" (excuse my french, but try it, you will be swearing too)


and its so easy peasy.
i also have started to add some more flare to it so this time i added a few onions and a little red pepper. but feel free to leave them out!

Crock pot Chicken and stuffing
2-4 chicken breasts
1 box of stuffing (i used stove top, not sure if its better than others or not)
1 can of cream of mushrooms (i used the mostly fat free kind)
1 cup of sour cream (feel free to use the lower fat kind) 
** half of a small onion, chopped
**crushed red pepper
salt and pepper to taste


I mix all the ingredients minus the chicken in a bowl first, although that might be pointless, i suppose- 

then put defrosted (if you want it ready sooner) or frozen (takes a bit longer, obviously) in the crock pot,  pour the rest of the ingredients over the top and put on high for 3-4 hours, or low for 5-6
